Strategic Planning
At SPOT Planning, we work closely with our clients during the strategic planning phase of each project to ensure the framework put in place are well considered and executable. We are able to assist with Planning Scheme Amendments for land re-zonings, preparation of Precinct Structure Plans and Development Plans, land use/planning policy interpretation and formulation and strategic masterplanning. Our knowledge of the planning controls including the zones, overlays and state and local policies holds us in strong regard to provide dependable and reliable advice to our clients to facilitate high quality development outcomes.
Statutory Planning
At SPOT Planning, we are able to coordinate the preparation and lodgement of your planning application for a variety of development projects. We have obtained statutory planning approvals for residential, industrial retail/commercial/town centres and infrastructure projects on behalf of our clients. Our service includes the management of the post-lodgement phase, responding to and satisfying any Request for Information letters that may be issued, and ensuring Council reviews and responds to the application in a timely manner. Our negotiation and problem-solving abilities, along with our strong established networks within State and Local Government will no doubt accelerate the permit process and provide your project with the best opportunity for success.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At SPOT Planning, we pride ourselves in our ability to manage your project from inception through to delivery.
